We already use Klaviyo. Do we still need this?
Good, that makes it faster. Lots of stores have Klaviyo but are missing key flows, or still run the default templates. The audit shows exactly which of those apply to you. We also build on Omnisend and Brevo, and for categories those platforms restrict, we run sending on Inboly, our in-house platform.
How long does it take?

Do I need a long contract?
No. No long lock-in contracts. If you want ongoing help after launch, that’s your call.
What does it cost?
Nothing to start. The audit is free; if you want us to build, you get a clear quote first. The price depends on your store’s size and the flows you need.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The audit comes as a video. We only talk live if you want to.
Will my emails end up in spam?
Not on our watch. We set up your sender authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), clean your list, and split bounced, unengaged and risky contacts into their own segments so they’re suppressed or sunset instead of dragging down your sender reputation. That keeps the emails to your real customers landing in the inbox.

We build on Klaviyo, Omnisend and Brevo, for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. For specialised categories those platforms restrict, we run sending on Inboly, our in-house platform.
